The delivery of our clothes racks is carried out by DHL or DPD and takes place between Monday and Saturday.

For very large orders, there is the option of sending the entire delivery by courier. Please contact us at hello@rooem.com in advance so that we can arrange this for you.

Please note that there is no shipping on Saturdays and only packages that are already on their way will be delivered.

Delivery to a packing station is not possible due to the size of the package.

In rare cases, packages can get lost or misdirected during the delivery process - for whatever reason.

You can check the status of your order using the shipment tracking button in your shipping confirmation email.

If there are any problems with your delivery, contact us at hello@rooem.com and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

You can use the shipment tracking button in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your order at any time and see when your order is expected to arrive. Please understand that there is no guarantee that the parcel service will be specified.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery will normally be taken to a branch and you can pick it up there within 7 working days. You will receive a notification in your mailbox, but you can also find the information in your tracking number.

If you know in advance that your delivery cannot be accepted, you have the option via the shipping company's website:

1. a desired day,

2. Desired location or

3. Specify desired neighbors.

Due to our fast processing, it is often difficult to make changes to your order or delivery details in good time. If your order isn't packed yet, we may still be able to change the address. Contact us at hello@rooem.com and please provide your full shipping address. We'll get back to you if there's anything else we can do.

Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2-4 working days after we have received the payment.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. You can then call up the status of your delivery at any time via shipment tracking.

If you have already received a tracking number from us, the package has already been handed over to our shipping service provider. Here you can use your tracking number to track the current status of the shipment

Yes, we can also ship your order via express delivery. Please note, however, that additional and relatively high shipping costs are incurred here.

For customers from Germany: Free shipping on all furniture or from a shopping cart value of 59€. Below a shopping cart value of 59€, shipping costs of 20€ apply.


For customers from Switzerland , there are shipping costs of CHF 45.50.


For customers from the following countries , 20€ shipping costs apply:

- Austria

- France

- Belgium

- Italy

- Luxembourg

- Netherlands

- Poland

For US customers , $39 applies to the order. Estimated delivery time is 14-21 days
