You have not received a shipping confirmation or your order is more than 4 working days ago? Please contact us at the e-mail address hello@rooem.com or pack your package with our shipping service provider.

OK, that's weird. Did you perhaps give an incorrect email address when purchasing and the order confirmation could therefore not be sent? Please contact us at hello@rooem.com and we will check where the error is.

The tracking number should update within 1-2 days after you receive the shipping confirmation.

If your shipment status has not changed for a long time, there is probably a problem in the delivery process. Contact us at hello@rooem.com and we will take care of it.

Depending on the clothes rack (especially the open wardrobes with boards), your delivery may be divided into several packages. Then we ask you to wait a few more days. To do this, check your DHL tracking code that we sent you.

If there is still no further package after a few days, please write to us at Lager@rooem.com . We will then contact you immediately and send you the missing parts. In order to be able to send everything correctly, we need the following information:


1. Which part is missing? (also send a picture)
2. What is your order number?
3. Where should we send the part?

Unfortunately, we can't do anything without these three pieces of information, so make sure you give them to us ☺ thank you very much and sorry for our mistake.

Did you double check what size you ordered? Depending on the variant, your clothes rail may differ from the representation in our online shop.

If the packaging of the delivery you received is damaged or even repackaged, please ask the courier to issue you with proof of damage. This will help us to claim the possible loss or damage afterwards.
