QUESTIONS & ANSWERS - RETURNS & REFUNDS

As long as your order is not being processed, we can still cancel it.

Since our delivery processes are very tightly timed, there is a risk that no changes can be made. We will contact you in any case, but ask for your understanding.

After we have received your return, it can take up to 4 weeks for the return to be recorded in our system. We will then process the refund using the payment method you used to make the purchase.

Depending on the payment method, the amount will be refunded immediately or after a short time.

If you have additional questions or your refund hasn't been credited to your account, contact us at hello@rooem.com. We'll get back to you.

Unfortunately, we can only transfer the refund back to the account you paid from when you made your purchase.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you would have to send us (rooem GmbH - Am Moosfeld 26 - 81829 Munich - hello@rooem.com ) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract to revoke, to inform. You can use the model cancellation form shown in the link, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us a message about exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.


Our customer service will issue you a label with the corresponding return address.

As we are always interested in improving products and services as well as the customer experience, we are curious about the reason for your return. Of course you don't have to tell us, but you would help us. :-)

Of course, you can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery.

Contact us here and tell us your order number and the items you want to return.

Wrong size ordered? You may not have to return the entire order.


Whatever the reason for the return, we will contact you to organize the exchange or to confirm receipt of your cancellation.

If your 14-day right of withdrawal has expired, unfortunately we can no longer take back the clothes rails.

According to our cancellation policy, the costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. We ask for your understanding. You can register your returns at hello@rooem.com and buy a suitable return label.
