3 Delivery time information
The exact delivery time for your order will be displayed in the shopping cart when ordering online and will be communicated to you personally by our staff when ordering by telephone. If you have given us your e-mail address when placing your order, we will also send you an order confirmation in which you will receive further confirmation of the delivery time. Via your e-mail address we will also provide you with further helpful information in connection with your order, such as delivery and return confirmations or free payment reminders.
4 Delays
If some items are not available at short notice or if the promised delivery time is delayed, we will inform you by e-mail.
5 Logistics partner
The ordered items will be packed by us as soon as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for shipment. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.
6 Shipment tracking
You can find out the current shipment status of your parcel at any time using your parcel identification number/shipment number, if the shipping method does not provide for parcel tracking. You will receive further information on tracking in your delivery confirmation by e-mail or from our telephone customer service.
